Welcome!

As you may have noticed, there is a draft syllabus for the class posted on excotc.org. The purpose of the syllabus is to give people an idea of the topics we'll likely be covering (based on my original idea for the class), but it is not set in stone; I want to shape the course format and topics according to the interests of those in the class.

To that end, I've developed a survey for class participants. The survey can be accessed at: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/PFR2FXP

I will use input from the survey to develop a revised syllabus.

Class postponed while we gather more people interested in sex.

Hello readers of this EXCO course description,

Even tho 51 people have signed up for this class,
only 4 people planning to attend as of 3-3-2013.
Because we need at least 10 people for a lively discussion,
Imprinted Sexual Fantasies is postponed,
perhaps until summer 2013.

New people just discovering this class
are encouraged to click to join at any time.

And any readers of this note
can read the book on their own
while they wait for the seminar to begin.

You might invite others you know.

In any case,
stay on the list if you are still interested in sex.

Yours,
James Leonard Park,
EXCO facilitator and author of the text.

Class start date changed

I have changed the start date of this course to coincide with the Spring Semester dates for EXCO. We'll begin class on Thursday, March 7 at 7 pm. The location is still in the works. I will provide location information as soon as I receive a response.

I look forward to meeting you on March 7!

~Susan

1,000 visitors for each couple that joins?

This seminar for creating one's own relationship contract
will be appropriate for only a small number of EXCO visitors.
How many visitors are in committed loving relationships?
Which of these have lasted long enough
for the partners to have considered getting married?
And which of these potential spouses
are ready to challenge the traditions of marriage?
And of this diminishingly shrinking group,
how many are independent enough in their thinking
to consider creating their own unique relationship contracts?

My guess is that only one visitor in 1,000
will be interested in joining this seminar.

Therefore, this potential class will only become viable
after a few thousand people have visited the EXCO website
and then clicked to read more information about this class.

At the present rate of visitors,
this could take several months or even years.
Everything will depend on how many people view the EXCO website
and then discover this interesting experimental seminar.

As soon as EXCO has a break-thru in media attention,
then classes like this one with very limited appeal
will suddenly become possible.

In the meantime, click to join if you are interested.
And think about other couples who might benefit
from asking 28 open-ended questions
about their on-going relationship.

If you can help to round up more interested couples,
here is the Internet link you can send to them:

Yours,
James Park, EXCO facilitator
and author of the book this seminar will use:
