This class will explore Hatha, Raja and some Karmic Yoga. Suitable for all skill levels, and hey, how often do you find free Yoga these days since the commodification of Yoga and meditation? This class will attempt to explore Yoga in its purest forms, as well as stretch and strengthen your body and mind.

I am currently studying Yoga at Saint Paul College to be certified to teach regular classes. If you enjoy this summer's class, come back when I have my own studio! I have also been a practical Buddhist and vegetarian and woven Yoga and meditation into my life for several years. But in Yoga, we are all teachers.
