Español / Inglés : Intercambio de Idiomas / Language Exchange

Los que hablan el español aprenden el inglés y los que hablan el inglés aprenden el español.
A continuación de la clase anterior, las actividades se basan en trabajar con los que hablan su propio idioma, combinados para que les de tiempo de enfocarse bien.
Practican el nuevo idioma con los otros participantes. Aquí ustéd tendrá un ambiente cómodo para aprender ingles/ español para el trabajo, para mejorar la pronunciación o para la razón que sea, según el nivel, las metas y el interés que Ud. tenga.
Desarrollamos extensos de los temas y materiales en las sesiones anteriores y organizamos el plan de estudios más detallado que sea responsivo a sus metas y las sugerencias de la clase anterior.

El horario de clases será anunciado AQUI , ya que ha habido problemas con las fechas y horarios que no aparecen correctamente. Si tiene alguna duda póngase en contacto con su facilitadora directamente.

English will be taught to Spanish- speakers and Spanish to English-speakers together. Continuing with what we started in the last session, activities will be based on working with native speakers of the other language in your class, divided into segments to give both the time to focus on their language learning.
Whether you need to know English / Spanish for work, to improve pronunciation or spelling, for travel, to make new friends, or just be able to get by, you’ll have a friendly atmosphere to practice and learn that will accommodate your interests, goals, and ability level.
We’ll expand on different themes & materials developed through past classes and will follow a more detailed process syllabus responsive to the goals of current participants as well as suggestions from the last class .

(Given the space difficulties this session, additional class times for extended study workshops will be organized if possible, but likely more informally.)

Requirements:
All levels welcome! Recommended basic materials will be listed on the first day of class. Participants are requested to attend consistently once the schedule is set-- or to RSVP since we plan weekly to share food as part of the class. All details will be given on the first day.

Ayanna - Facilité en los dos sesiones anteriores EXCO: Inglés para los que hablan español y co-facilitadora para Intercambio de Idiomas. Enseñé inglés y computación por 2 años 6 meses en Ciudad de Puebla, Mexico donde vivía, aprendiendo español por inmersión. Programé el plan de estudios del inglés en el Instituto y manejé el café Internet. Trabajé en el Centro Cultural de BUAP, conocí a varios artistas/ pintores por la cuidad, dí clases particulares en muchas partes inclusivo de Volkswagen, y más. Estudié en la Universidad de Minnesota por 5 años, independientemente por 6 años. I have enjoyed facilitating classes at EXCO for the past two sessions - English for Spanish speakers & co-facilitating Dual Language Exchange. I taught English & Computers for 2 years in Puebla, Mexico where I lived for 2 ½ years, learning Spanish by immersion there. I designed the English program of the Institute where I worked, and ran the computer lab. I also worked at the BUAP Cultural Center, got to know some artists around the city , gave private classes in lots of different settings, and much more. I studied at the U of M for 5 years. I studied independently for 6 years. Teresa - Will be able to participate to some extent, perhaps. Due to the change of schedule :( to Saturdays, she's not able to commit. I'll try to find some alternative arrangement for a team, which is my preference.
