Facilitator's experience:
I believe everyone of us is able to heal ourselves from much suffering through accessing universal energy & using techniques for relaxation. Healing ourselves is an act of liberation. Over the past twenty-some years, I have studied energy healing traditions such as Usui Reiki, Qi Gong, Massage, Reflexology, Authentic Movement & Sound Healing. I have co-created a healing system based on personal ancestry & archetypes called Old Ways Healing. I am also a Reiki Master and co-founder of Lucky Palm Healing Arts in Minneapolis. I hold a Masters in Human Development: Educational Psychology, a BA in Holistic Education with a minor in Intermedia Arts & a Women's Studies Certificate. I have been blessed with awesome teachers! Some of them are listed here: -Elizabeth Nirhebe Davies --Master Lin --Luisah Teish --Origbega --Amoke Kubat.
Riva Garcia is a Reiki Master & healer, visual artist, musician, care-giver, performer and has many other amazing talents!
