Kitchens, baths, Insulation, & consultation . Including every aspect from assessment and design to finish carpentry.
Home Inspector: PPL 1996 – 2002
Managed home owners improvement projects. Administered funding. Drafted mortgage, loan, and grant documents. Provided rehabilitation counseling, mediations and legal pleadings, including an out of court settlement to repair damage due to a contractors level of proficiency. Assured a reasonable standard of construction, code, and contract compliance. Occasionally having to send out other contractors to repair damage. Collected Lien wavers and provided payment once work met the appropriate standards. Provided multi-media assistance for presentations. Supervised volunteers at events and construction sites.

Five home sales in Minneapolis, St. Paul, & the S. Metro. Focusing on older homes reassuring the buyers as to the level of maintenance needed. One home included a price reduction while in a multiple bid offer. Review and rewriting of closing documentation. Property research.
Habitat For Humanity Americus, Georgia 1994
Problem solve and task delegation of volunteers of various skill levels on new home construction. Repair deferred structural and roof issues from leaks and extensive fire damage.
