Being calm in daily life can often be the difference between performing well and performing poorly. Meditation teaches us to calm our mind, even in the face of adversity and challenges. In this class, we will learn and practice a variety of meditations. Practiced regularly, these meditations help us to cultivate oneness of mind and body and true calmness in daily life.

Jonathan Poppele is the founder and director of The Center for Mind-Body Oneness in Saint Paul, where he teaches mind-body practice and Ki Development through breathing, movement, meditation, and the peaceful martial art of Ki-Aikido. Jon has over two decades of experience in mind-body practices and is an Assistant Lecturer in the International Ki Society where he has studied since 1994.
