Get out of the Cities this summer and join us for free, outdoor, hands-on experiences with Natural Building and Permaculture Design at Lily Springs Farm located an hour from the Cities in Osceola, WI. Throughout this short summer series, you will have the opportunity to get your hands dirty with rainwater gardening, terracing and earthworks intensives, natural fencing building, and native planting. Carpooling will be organized and food and beverages will be available onsite. Stay after for bonfires, boating, and swimming if you like! Hey Everyone!
Please join us THIS SATURDAY, August 28th for one of our last classes of the summer. If you haven't had a chance to make it out the Farm, this is a great opportunity to get out of the Cities, learn some incredible hands-on skills, and enjoy a beautiful property. We will be taught by John Dingley, a natural builder of over 30 years building an incredible woven fence for our permaculture demonstration garden. So come ready learn and play. There will be a carpool leaving at 10am from 4025 Linden hills Blvd if you need a ride out. We'll have drinks, snacks, and lunch provided, but please bring work gloves and a swimming suit (if you wish to swim, kayak, or canoe). Is there a consistent spot where people are meeting to carpool? I need a ride and would love to be a part of this.
Carpool this Saturday
This Saturday we'll meet at 10am at 4025 Linden Hills Blvd to carpool out to the farm. We plan to leave the Cities by 10:30 and will be back late afternoon/early evening depending on how long people wish to stay and play. Hope you can make it!
