This training is taught by Tommy Woon, Dean of Multicultural Life at Macalester College (and EXCO teacher!). Tommy has a B.A. in Psychology, M.S. in Counseling and has taught at the Stanford and Dartmouth Medical Schools over the past 8 years. He has over three decades of experience leading numerous diversity training, inter-group dialogue, and training of trainer workshops.

He has a long record of winning the interest and satisfaction of participants by focusing on an active learning together that can be owned by students, and received rave reviews from last semester's participants.
