export all class information to a spreadsheet

We can always compile a spreadsheet ourselves, but for ease of viewing it would be great if there was a function to export the class application info into a spreadsheet of some kinds.  It should include at minimum the following info fields: Name(s), class title, email(s), phone number(s), personal address, class location, budget request, budget description, class dates and times, website username... though the other fields would be great too.

In an ideal super world where all you had to do was tell a website to do what you wanted and it would listen, the spreadsheet would automatically be created in google docs, and the two would edit each other, so if we changed a budget on the spreadsheet the website would reflect that and vice verca.  Everytime someone submitted a new class it would appear in our spreadsheet.

In a less pie in the sky vision, just a button that would export to google docs would be great.

Or if google docs is hard to work with than an xcel sheet would be fine too as its easy enough to copy/paste into google doc.
