Implement OG signup

You should have to enter your email, phone, etc, and some info and hit a "register" button each time you join a class, so that it's not a one-link wonder. You should receive a confirmation email as well as a *reminder* (via Node Reminder module) before your class starts. 

Facilitators should also receive a Node Reminder before their class starts.
