In preparing for our own deaths, we should to ask 24 basic Questions,
discuss them with our loved ones, put our decisions into writing, and appoint proxies.
This workshop will be an opportunity to meet with others who are asking the same Questions,
deciding their own medical ethics, and how they want to be treated at the end life.

At the end of this workshop, participants will have written, signed, and witnessed
Advance Directives for Medical Care.
You are encouraged to attend with your proxy
and/or others who would be present at your bedside if you were to die this month.
If you do not die this year,
you can revise your Advance Directive every five years for the rest of your life.

FACILITATOR:

The workshop will be led by James Park,
an existential philosopher and medical ethicist.
He is the author of Your Last Year
and has led this seminar several times before.
