Microfinance and Development Symposia

This MicroSymposia will serve as a discussion forum for microfinance, development credit, and its relationship to building community. This Symposia is open and all are welcome.

We’ll introduce the topic of microfinance though a chat about formal and informal markets, institutions, and development models. Participants will include researchers, practitioners as well as the curious, interested in learning and trading ideas.

We’ll continue to explore these concepts, along with development credit, and recent research on the state of the field in subsequent sessions.
