Need to convert questions on /user/register (or user profile Basic Info) into taxonomy terms so we can properly categorize which schools students have attended, are attending, or plan on attending.

Then make admin message reminding ALL users only once per user that they need to fill in their profiles, and have a link they can click to take them to it, and maybe a "remind me later" flag, too.
