I have a course starting in June: Health Care System Overview.
I've had 3 join, but have received an email from only one. I thought the system was supposed to generate automatic emails to me to let me know when someone's signed up so it doesn't depend on someone emailing me personally. How does/is that supposed to work?
Whatever the situation with that, I thought I could look at something (basic account info?) of any who've signed up so I could send them messages. I don't see that I can do that.
Is that fact that I'm not listed as Manager for my Group part of the puzzle, or is that normal?
Obviously a newbie.
