Let's have Fun, get Physical, get Creative and get Real!

I began guiding this artistic, inspiring, creative, healing, expressive process in 1997 in Sebastopol California. I grew up in DinkyTown and was intensely involved in the Theatre scene here for many years. All the modalities in this class I've practiced for years. I hold no degree. I'm 46 and have been performing, writing and teaching most of my life. In essence I am a mute street clown, poet, guide to the wilderness of inner human life, artistic expression and living spontaneously from the heart. Intuition, structure, and raw experience are my guides. I've found small groups being courageous are very powerful and enlightening. Categorically I have worked with Outward Bound School as a wilderness guide with adjudicated male teens, facilitated groups of kids and adults on most topics under the sun, worked with diverse populations, taken countless trainings and workshops, traveled to far off lands to teach English communication techniques, spent ample time in solitude in urban and wilderness settings. I love this process and it brings me great joy to share it. All are welcome no matter what. I'm only here until July so let's do this!
